Covenants and Restrictions
Treyburn’s lasting curb appeal and the value of every home here are protected by a shared set of standards. Our governing documents, often called the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs), establish the guidelines that keep Treyburn beautiful, well-maintained, and consistent with the master plan that has defined our community for more than three decades.
These documents are not meant to restrict your enjoyment of your home; they exist to preserve the character of the neighborhood, protect property values, and ensure that Treyburn remains a place we are all proud to call home.
What the Covenants Cover
The CC&Rs and related governing documents address how properties within Treyburn may be used and maintained, including standards for exterior appearance, landscaping, additions, and architectural changes. Together with the Association’s bylaws, articles of incorporation, and design guidelines, they form the framework that governs life in our community.
Reviewing these documents is an important step for every homeowner, particularly before making exterior changes to your property or beginning any new construction.
Architectural Review
Any exterior modification, such as new paint, fencing, a shed, or other improvements, requires approval from the Treyburn HOA Board and the Architectural Review Committee before work begins. Please review the Architectural Review Guidelines and submit the required application before starting your project.
