For emergencies involving immediate threats to health, safety, or property, call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency service. Website forms, email addresses, or other communication features should not be used to report emergencies.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the website, its security, or another person’s use of the website.
You agree not to:
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its accounts, servers, or systems.

Use automated systems to collect or copy website content without permission.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.
4. Resident Accounts and Restricted Content
Certain portions of the website or associated resident portals may be limited to Treyburn residents, property owners, Association members, or authorized users.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You may not share restricted content, resident information, access credentials, or private Association materials with unauthorized individuals.

5. User-Submitted Content
The website may allow users to submit forms, messages, photographs, event information, directory information, comments, or other materials.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it. You may not submit content that violates another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

You may view, download, or print website materials for personal, noncommercial, and community-related use. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from the Association or the applicable copyright owner.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, portals, services, or resources, including community-management and resident-communication platforms.
These third-party services are operated independently and may have their own terms, policies, security practices, and privacy practices. The Association does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, their availability, or their content.
A link does not necessarily represent an endorsement or guarantee by the Association. You access third-party websites and services at your own discretion.
8. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any cookie notices displayed on the website. These notices explain how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you visit or interact with the website.
Please avoid submitting sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information through the website unless the Association specifically requests it through an appropriate secure method.
9. Community Announcements and Events
Announcements, events, recommendations, vendor information, classified listings, and other community content may be provided by residents or third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Association does not sponsor, investigate, warrant, or endorse every event, service provider, product, recommendation, or listing appearing on the website. Users are responsible for evaluating third-party services and making their own decisions.
10. Website Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
We may also correct errors, update content, remove information, or change website features without prior notice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Association disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, and noninfringement.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Association and its directors, officers, committee members, volunteers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the website.
This includes damages resulting from inaccurate information, interrupted access, third-party services, unauthorized access, data loss, computer viruses, or reliance on website content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnification

Your violation of another person’s rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
